As a Human Resources Manager at Corporate Recruitment Solutions, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our HR operations. You will work closely with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our company’s goals and objectives. Your role will encompass talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues.
- Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and grievances.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and oversee performance management programs, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback processes.
- Identify opportunities for employee development and growth.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Oversee benefits administration, including healthcare and retirement plans.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Provide leadership and support for employee training initiatives.
- Policy Development:
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure that policies are consistently applied and aligned with best practices.
- Employee Engagement:
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Years of progressive HR experience, with 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus.
